TELEPHONE DIALING PREFIXES CHANGED IN HAITI
Starting March 1st, 2008, new dialing prefixes relating to the telecommunication services in Haiti have changed from 7-digit numbers to 8-digit numbers. So, when you call Haiti from the USA or Canada for instance, you must dial 011 (509) + 8-digit numbers. Check the chart below to get the additional prefix for each operating telephone company.
